cettire常常可以挖到超誇張低價! 價格浮動,低價賣完之後會變貴, 所以不要猶豫太久, 有空要一直逛, 同一張訂單有可能分開寄送, 品牌眾多 一定要努力逛!!

澳洲精品電商cettire由於價格優勢,就是硬生生便宜好多,所以這一兩年來購買的人變多,一樣的東西當然找便宜的買,畢竟沒人想跟荷包君過意不去,但知名度一打開,購買的人多了,訂單爆炸,客服人力不足,開始有很多不好的評價及討論,我這兩三年來買過N次,可以說沒什麼問題!
看到不少cettire負評,我在cettire購物的次數不算少,我一直覺得還不錯耶!! 逛下去發現根本是小outlet,真的省了好多錢(畢竟掙錢辛苦啊)。
沒有遇到已付錢沒收到商品的狀況,只有一次等了好幾天都沒消息,下單到寄出等了約2週,中間我有寫客服信一次,它們家客服回信真的很慢,3天後才收到回信。
意思是還是會回信,所以如果真的遇到了,就需要有耐心等個3-4天這樣。
cettire家網站一直有在進步,首頁看起來有模有樣就是精品電商,產品分類清楚,現在價格已包含關稅,我是覺得有越來越好的感覺。
其實可以把cettire當作是一個【精品選貨店】,cettire實際上是跟歐洲各精品店合作,調貨有時候需要時間。
一樣的東西cettire常有超驚奇的好價格,我自己認為等待是值得的,價格與service的選擇上,我還是偏向以最好價格買到一樣的東西,畢竟賺錢很辛苦~能省一點都好啊,而 Cettire價格實在太有競爭力,雖然風險稍稍稍高,像是包裝精簡(但我收到都是有包好,這點我倒是覺得ok 可以參考這篇cettire開箱文)或是出貨時間太久等等,我還是可以接受、並且繼續在cettire購物。
這篇cettire開箱文 有詳細圖文說明在cettire購物, 開箱心得,我心中沒有太大的疑慮和不信任,畢竟買過多次,每次收到的商品也很OK,所以就比較有耐心,我有遇過幾次缺貨,客服都會主動email告知,會問要全額退款還是多10%禮卡,我通常還是選後者,因為我知道自己還是會繼續消費。

但終於在前陣子下單cettire收到錯誤的商品......這裡先說一下重點:
不需要轟炸式的發客服信, cettire回信速度約3天。 客服會回信, 也會處理! 但你必須有耐心!!!
你問我還會在cettire購物嗎? 當然會! cettire常常可以挖到超誇張低價, 一樣的東西可以花更少的錢, 為什麼不?

@ cettire如果是商品沒問題, 你只是想退貨, 退貨後, 給你的退款會扣掉退回的運費和關稅
@ 他們寄錯商品給我, 所以我無須負擔任何費用

於是呢! 跟cettire客服展開了為期【近兩個月】的周璇, 我用英文喔!
1/31收到錯的商品→3/29終於收到我order的鞋子!
整整歷時兩個月! 從退回到收到,過程沒有多花一分錢,就是要有點耐心。
畫重點: 和cettire客服對應要非常有耐心, 它們沒有擺爛是真的有在處理, 就是比較慢慢慢...

雖然已知他們處理速度很慢, 但用英文感覺會比較快一咪咪吧! 英文只要能表達示意就好了, 文法真的不用太著墨, 畢竟我英文也很爛!

(看到這封信我已經有一點點火了, 那你一開始跟我說網站按退貨, 原因選擇收到錯的商品不就好了???? 深呼吸!要有耐心)

We will check with our team if there is a replacement however we cannot guarantee this as it will depend on stock availability.
